    APPLICATION

    These compact hoses are characterized by increased flexibility and increased working pressures compared to 1 SC hoses.

    They may be used for:
    – hydraulic liquids in accordance with ISO 6743-4, except for HFD R, HFD S, HFD T (from -40°C to +100°C),
    – water solutions (from -40°C to +70°C),
    – water (from 0°C to +70°C),
    – compressed air (from 0°C to +80°C).

    These hoses are not suitable for liquids containing castor oil and esters.

    Working pressures
    From 110 to 290 bar depending on diameter.

    Operating temperature
    From -40°C to +100°C
    Briefly to +125°C

    CONSTRUCTION
    Exceeds the requirements of EN 857 in terms of working and burst pressure.

    Inner tube
    Oil and water-resistant black synthetic rubber.

    Reinforcement
    One braid of high tensile steel wire.

    Cover
    Abrasion, oil, weather and ozone resistant black synthetic rubber.

    Hoses in range of nominal diameter from DN 6 to DN 19 are available in version covered with ultra-abrasion resistant Black Diamond Cover (UHMWPE) with MSHA approval.
